John Ungar is an experienced nonprofit leader, attorney and licensed real estate broker based in Philadelphia. His work has contributed to the development of hundreds of units of affordable housing, the revitalization of neighborhood business districts, and provided housing for homeless individuals. He is currently Corporate Counsel and Director of Planning for NewCourtland, an organization which has developed and manages over 600 units of affordable rental housing for low-income seniors in Philadelphia.
