Jessie is a social media intern for Those Nerdy Girls with an interest in health communications and policy analysis. She is completing her MA in Public Health and Health Policy, while also working as a clinic assistant at Planned Parenthood. She’s been working in the reproductive health field for the past 9 years and remains dedicated to increasing access and informed decision-making. Her favorite part of her professional journey so far is learning how to be a strong advocate for patients and connecting communities with resources. When she’s not busy with school and work, Jessie enjoys trying new foods, seeing live music, or settling in with a good TV series!
