How to Donate PPE Equipment to Healthcare Workers

Staying Safe

Our healthcare providers desperately need personal protective equipment, also called PPE. PPE includes a variety of masks, face shields, goggles, gowns, and gloves that protect healthcare providers from the body fluids of infected individuals.

Without PPE, our healthcare teams are at very high risk of infection further limiting their capacity to provide needed care to a growing number of sick individuals.

HERE’S HOW YOU CAN HELP!

+ DONATE PPE locally. Every. Piece. Helps.

+ SOLICIT DONATIONS from local painters, auto body shops, construction companies, nail salons, hair salons, and tile cutters to name a few. Add to this list if you know of additional industries that may have supplies to share.

+ MAKE PPE with a local group. While fabric masks do not replace medical grade masks, many groups are working feverishly to create PPE with fabric and other supplies. Join a local effort.
