Sarah Clifford Glapa, MS, MPH (she/her) is the Associate Director of Marketing & Health Communications for University Health Services at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. After receiving dual masters degrees in Public Health and Life Sciences Communication, Sarah started working for the Wisconsin Department of Health Services as the Communicable Diseases Heath Educator. There, she led the COVID-19 Health Education Team and collaborated with epidemiologists, data scientists, and health care providers on effective messaging in the height of the pandemic. In her current role at the University of Health Services, she oversees strategic health communication campaigns across campus. Sarah is also a Faculty Instructor in the School of Medicine and Public Health for the graduate course, ‘Strategic Health Communication: Theory & Practice.’ (edited)
