Guest Author Kimberley Johnson, PhD

Kimberley Johnson, PhD is a licensed clinical psychologist, educator, and postdoctoral research fellow in New England. She specializes in women’s, maternal, and reproductive mental health, and has a program of research centered on the mental health implications of childbirth-related pelvic floor injuries and conditions. Alongside her professional background, she has navigated a life-impacting birth injury herself and is passionate about advocacy and destigmatizing pelvic health. Outside of her work, she is the mother of two young children and can usually be found playing outside with her family.
