Andrea Harmony, NP-C, PMHS, Contributing Writer

Andrea Harmony is a pediatric-focused Family Nurse Practitioner (NP-C). As an undergraduate in Biology, she planned to go into research, but two fabulous Nurse Practitioners inspired her to follow the same path. Travel nursing brought her across the country and a love of language and culture led her to Latin America, which peaked a particular interest in infectious and emerging infectious diseases. Andrea loves geeking out on health statistics but also enjoys using visuals and breaking down data to simplify complex ideas. She spends her clinical time at a local pediatric urgent care. Andrea lives in Philadelphia proper with too many bikes/scooters and the right number of children and pets.
