Cathy Greenland is the Director of Individual Giving at Natural Lands, Pennsylvania’s oldest and largest conservation organization. Before Natural Lands, she worked for more than 20 years as the Director of Development at the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing and prior to that at Hyacinth AIDS Foundation in New Jersey. Her career in the nonprofit sector started with a year of service in AmeriCorps with NJPIRG’s Water Watch program where she organized community events, educated the public about urban water pollution, and conducted waterway testing. She has a bachelor’s degree in communications from Pennsylvania State University and serves on the boards of Those Nerdy Girls, the Penn Wynne Civic Association, and Icing Smiles.
